cisco VPN portable XP impossible de se connecter

bonjour

j'ai un problème sur un portable acer sous Windows XP impossible de me connecter en VPN sur mon routeur pix 515

un autre portable avec le même profil de connexion passe sans aucun problème j'ai l'impression que quelque choses sur le portable bloque la connexion

j'ai désactivé le firewall d'XP mais je n'arrive même pas jusqu'à la fenetre d'identification pour monter le vpn
