Actuellement, nous avons occasionnellement un peu de friture lorsqu'on reçoit un appel mais les personnes qu'on appel nous entendent bien.
Lorsque je regarde le status des interfaces BRI, voici ce qu'il en ressort :

Sur une semaine, je ne saurais pas vraiment dire combien d'appels et combien ils durent (à moins qu'il y ait une commande pour çà... ? ), mais voici ce qu'il en ressort :

Il n'y a qu'en input qu'il y a des erreurs et je suppose que çà vient de là les occasionnels fritures que nous avons.
Je souhaiterais savoir si vous auriez une idée sur éventuellement minimiser çà, si le problème vient de notre réseau ou de notre fournisseur téléphonique (Belgacom).
Ou si ce sont des erreurs "normal"...
